当時のメタルコア・ポストハードコアの流れを汲みつつ、オートチューンと電子音を多用したエレクトロニコアの旗手として登場。
ダニー・ワースノップによるクリーンとスクリームの極端なコントラスト、ギターリフの技術的な速さがバンドのトレードマークになった。
